Deirdre Morrison 
Deirdre holds the Master Neuroplastician (.mNPN) designation from the Institute of Organisational Neuroscience. She has also completed extensive coach training. In her role as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, she has been committed to defining and formalising the competencies required for organisational neuroscience practice, bringing science-backed insights to leadership and personal development. With a background spanning creative and communication disciplines, Deirdre has built and supported businesses for nearly three decades. Along with facilitating change, she maintains a healthy curiosity and enjoys the exploration of interdisciplinary topics. She is particularly interested in the intersection between brain science and popular culture. Her time is spent helping individuals and leaders harness the power of neuroplasticity for continuous growth. She is particularly committed to the democratisation of understanding regarding the human brain. Deirdre is also an ambassador for the npnHub, a community of applied neuroscience practitioners. In her volunteer work, she provides strategic input and leadership development to community groups, helping others develop mastery in their leadership roles. She has trained in the Japanese sword art of kendo for more than a decade, with little improvement to speak of. On the plus side, this has given her much opportunity to reflect on the nature of neuroplasticity. Gabriella Benkő 
Gabriella is an ICF-certified coach who studied brain-based coaching at the NeuroLeadership Institute. As a coach, she partners with individuals, leaders, and global teams to co-create transformative journeys toward peak performance, resilience, amplified leadership impact, and well-being. She promotes awareness of how we can expand our human potential using the latest findings from applied neuroscience. Her lifelong learning journey, diverse interests, and curiosity began with degrees in engineering and business administration. Early in her career, she worked in finance and strategic functions at international corporations such as PepsiCo and Reynolds American Inc. Later, she created her own businesses, supporting SMEs, entrepreneurs, foreign investors, and their teams in operating sustainably and adapting to change successfully. Her passion for human development, communication, and bridging differences was at the core of her approach. Gabriella has also promoted positive social change through her work with various non-profits, such as Ashoka and Thrive with Mentoring. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, thought-provoking conversations, and contemporary art. When asked to choose between the mountains and the beach, she opts for the peaks and valleys.
